Catholic School’s Week Events! Jan. 26th – Feb. 1st

Sunday 1/26 – Mass – Open House –
Please join us for 10am Mass, immediately followed by our Open House from 11 am – 1 pm. You are welcome to come visit and tour our beautiful halls and classrooms, as well as our Science Lab and Prayer room to get a glimpse of the amazing work that our students create on a daily basis. Teachers will be in their classrooms to discuss their class with you and to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to showing you our amazing school. Refreshments will be provided. 

Monday 1/27 – Special Persons Day for N-2 – 6-8 Math Bee, Olympics Expo, Dress like an athlete
Students in Nursery, Pre-K, K-2 may have a special person come and visit them for a half hour in their classroom. The schedule for special persons goes as follows: Nursery will be at 8:45 am – 9:15 am, Pre-K classes have selected times please contact your teacher to find the time slot and K-2 will be from 9:15 am – 9:45 am.
Students will display their project on the Olympics that they have been working on around the school in their classrooms and hallways at 6:30pm. All are welcome to come and see all their hard work.
All are welcome to come and cheer on the students who are in our Math Bee for grades 6-8 at 1pm.
Students are allowed to dress as an athlete of their choice for the day. 

Tuesday 1/28 – Green vs. Gold Competition
Green vs. Gold will begin, this will take place in gym class. Students will be split into the Green and Gold teams and will compete in relays and different activities during their regular gym period. (Only if the students normally have gym on Tuesday will they compete on Tuesday) Students should wear their gym uniform with their team colored shirt. 

Wednesday 1/29 – Green Vs Gold Competition
Green vs. Gold will continue, this will take place in gym class. Students will be split into the Green and Gold teams and will compete in relays and different activities during their regular gym period.  (Only if the students normally have gym on Wednesday will they compete on Wednesday)

Thursday 1/30Special Persons Day – grades 3-8 – Student Appreciation Day-
Students in these grades may have a special person come and visit them for a half hour in their classroom from 9:30am-10:30am.
Students will be given Ice cream and may dress down for student appreciation day. (t-shirt, jeans no rips, and sneakers are appropriate attire). Ice Cream will be distributed at the student’s regular lunch period. 

Friday 1/31 – Mass 9am – Spelling Bee – Teacher Appreciation Day-Student of the month
All are welcome to join us for Mass 9am. Right after mass will be our Student of the Month Assembly please join us to celebrate the students accomplishments.
Then at 1pm everyone is welcome to come and cheer on the students at our Spelling Bee.
